We got a loaf of the Italian cheddar bread and the cranberry walnut bread. Both were good. We also got a type of a jelly cookie. They were excellent!
The freshly made bread is always great! Jalapeño cheddar with cream cheese is delicious and was recommended by the guy that works there- he's wonderful by the way! The sandwiches here are not to be passed up! Their chicken salad is sooo good! My husband reluctantly got the Italian because the muff was not available and he didn't stop raving about how good it was the whole time he ate it. Can't wait to try the other sandwiches!

Best fresh bread in the area!! We moved back to the 570 from Philly so it was killing us not being around so many amazing bakeries. Beta Bread definitely helps us get out fix of delicious fresh baked breads!
Their is no better bread in the area!! Mike it fantastic. The smell in the AM is to die for. Look for them at the different farm markets in the area.
This place is incredible! Whenever I'm heading out to visit family or friends, I grab kalamata and sesame rolls, and they are a hit. If I show up at mother's and don't bring rolls, she gives me an earful! My favorite bread is the jalapeño cheddar. I can eat it plain or with butter, but i think it's best toasted with eggs in the morning! My favorite sandwich is the Italian, and it's the best Italian hoagie in NEPA (which is a statement)! Everything is made in house, with the finest ingredients. The owner and workers are wonderful people. I wish i could give them 10 stars! Highly recommend this place!
I will never come up to the area and not stop here again! Croutons, baguettes, and scones, oh my!! Everything was just so delicious!! Located in the heart of adorable Main Street in Clark's Summit is this small Mom & Pop shop serving up some absolutely amazing breads, which are made fresh daily!!! Apparently people come from all over to stock up, and I can certainly see why! I'll be doing the same! Our family enjoyed the lemon scones, a pecan raisin loaf, chunky homemade minestrone soup served with a few slices of complimentary sourdough and a create your own hoagie for just $5.50 with spinach instead of romaine due to the latest outbreak, homemade pesto mayo, veggies and mixed cheeses to keep it vegetarian on a crispy roll. It was filled. We. Loved. Everything. Service was friendly and fast and offerings were very reasonably priced. There's daily specials as well as classic deli sammies...ruebens, tuna salads, etc. They also do bread and oil dipping platters, which is a nice entertaining option! Cannot wait to return soon and bring back these tasty goods for my fam here in Philly!
The best sandwiches in the area. The bread is so amazing. It's a limited menu but for a reason. It's worth a drive if you don't live in Clarks Summit.
